Gina Vistaunet has worked in the escrow industry for nine years. Her estate planning background provided the much needed knowledge to perform her escrow duties, especially those that involved trust transfers.

After working for two different title company escrow departments, she continues to have her loyal customers follow her.

Gina is experienced in sales and refinance escrows. She is currently running a refinance desk that includes both residential and commercial loans. Being a dedicated escrow professional, she has recently completed extensive education in business opportunity/bulk sales and is looking forward to expanding her desk to include these types of transactions.

The management of Coast to Coast Escrow Services, Inc. has consistently depended on her assistance in the day to day office procedures and they consider her a great asset to the company.

Trish Deeter has been in the escrow field for over 20 years. She is highly skilled in subdivision, residential and commercial sales, as well as all types of refinances.

For many years, she ran a very demanding escrow desk processing transactions for many of California’s leading builders. She now prefers being an assistant rather than an escrow officer. Her knowledge and ability to handle difficult transactions have proven invaluable to Brenda. She also assists in maintaining the financial accountability of the corporation.

Her experience has made her a strong source of support to both the management and the staff of Coast to Coast Escrow Services, Inc.

Mary Jane has been in the escrow industry for over twenty years. She began her career working with her father, Bernie Selz, as a receptionist, and has continued since then.

Over the years, she has successfully managed escrow branches for two major title companies. Her expertise as an escrow officer includes residential and commercial sales, residential and commercial refinances, private party financing, REO and foreclosures. She has coordinated and facilitated home and land auctions for both financial institutions and home builders. She also served as the coordinator for two 1031 exchange accommodators.

Mary Jane believes in building client relationships and has developed a very loyal following over the years. Her vast experience in all aspects of the escrow transaction is a tremendous asset.

Janet has been in escrow for over fifteen years. Her experience included working for one of the major home developers in Southern California. While there, she coordinated with the builder from ground breaking to the closing of the completed home sale.

She is experienced in subdivision sales, residential sales, short sales, foreclosures and all types of refinances including private money loans. She is currently our national refinance expert.

Janet knows the importance of personal service by making herself available to her clients at all times. She is a model of the excellence we strive for in customer satisfaction.
